Naruto feels angry as well as guilty and moreso he fears Sasuke's reaction, that he maybe loses him again and yet he can't be but honest. Sasuke looks really shocked by Naruto's revelation. He may think: "He did that all... just for ME? And now he even apologizes? But it was MY fault to begin with."
So in the last but one panel I recognize some guilt in Sasuke's view. He's feeling miserable by the thought he made Naruto suffer again all those years.
But that's just my personal impression, maybe I'm totally wrong. Can't wait for the next page to see the solution, haha!

Wow,I really like the expretions on their faces,but that scared look of Sasuke's is simply awesome.
I don't know who's the one that Naruto is more mad to....Tsunade for making him give up on Sasuke for a while,or jimself for taking so long to see Sasuke again?

Well the english in this story isn't mine: I asked to my friend if she could traslate the dialogues. I can read and understand almost in english but my sentences don't go beyond the high school english and sometimes Junior School T_T "
