Description
When I close my eyesI can see your smile
Just like you are just beside me
When I open my eyes
I can see a road
A road that will lead me to you
When I try to remember
I realize how much you mean to me
And that is why this road I can take
With my eyes closed
About A4 toned paper, inks, coloured pencils
Inspiration "Pieces" by RED
Sometimes I just feel the need to draw something sweet - bear with me my dears
My characters: Kouran remembering Maya, just before his journey to find her
I used my special toned paper and in the middle of colouring Maya's hair I realized: I'm not using the paper's full potential
So please don't point my mistake out - I already know

This looks so stunning, I love how this could be a cover or like an illustration for a new chapter in a book or something!
The colors are well done and the way you colored everything especially her hair is amazing! I love the emotion and flow in this one, great detail and just.. Very well done! I like this one alot!
But why are you not using the papers full potential? How do you mean? o:

oh wow... I never had the idea it could be a book cover... 
frankly speaking in my opinion using a coloured paper means that the finished piece should show at least a bit of the paper... and I covered it all up
... but I enjoyed colouring her hair so much and I couldn't stop myself
