This is a personal vision of how Cinderella adolescence would have been if her parents had not died. But then the story would not be the same and wouldn't have any interest .

Another way to look at this, based on her apparent young age here, it could be from either just before or just after her father remarried.  So long before Lady Tremaine made her true colours known.  As that too, is a happy time for her since she still has a loving father.
