Description Decided to draw Buttercup as I envision her in my little PPG preview.

She's mentally and physically seventeen now, though technically she's only twelve considering how she was "born".

Hell even THIS is too revealing if she's still ONLY seventeen! You should put some more clothes on her right away! Cover her up completely! Think of the children!
