Description IT'S FINALLY DONE. I've been trying to get it done since the week before finals, but finals won. I did this because I was scrolling around on the Jack Frost tag on tumblr, and noticed someone saying "I wish someone would just draw a steam punk version of Jack Frost and share it with me."

There's two reasons why I did this for a random person. 1: I wanted to try something I hadn't done before (steampunk style) and 2: I know what it's like to wish a certain picture of your favorite characters doing something specific/noncanon existed. It's not fun. So I made this for them, to make someone, who I don't even know, happy .

I am absolutely confused by steampunk style, I don't know if this is considered steampunk enough... or at all... but I'm gonna go give this to them now, hope they like it.

Oh and I guess the 3rd reason I did this is because JACK FROST YEY.

NO. NO YOU ARE NOT. Come with me to tumblr, it's a magical place with many Jack Frost believers.

But beware, there is occasionally yaoi and crazy people role playing and shipping. I go there for the art. The clean art.

it's funny because I dreaded doing it the most, and put probably the least time and effort into it. Perhaps that should go for the rest of my drawings. Thanks!

Pretty good! But it definitely needs way more clock gears, metal, and especially some headgear! Also, it's hard to include blue as a color for steampunk, so I think it would have been better to flip the colors and make the blue more of an accent overall, like it is on his glove and pants, or perhaps dull it to a grayer, more subdued shade. That's my critique~ But I like this~

Awesome! Perhaps I'll do a future edit I actually thought about head gear, perhaps a hat or goggles, but then I felt like they might be out of place considering Jack doesn't originally have anything of the sort. But maybe it wouldn't be a huge stretch considering I'm going for a style and not just a translation. I agree with the duller blue idea, I almost did that but silly me, I keep trying to make it as close to the original as possible and that's the opposite of what I should have done.
