Description
              I opened my eyes and looked around with wide eyes. My head was still hurting from getting it in the head by the man in Matt's scheme.  I saw Jeremy sleeping in a seat by the bed I was lying in.  I smiled at him. He must have gotten scared from me getting hurt last night. I poked him on the head.  His eyes fluttered open and he looked up at me.  He stared in disbelief and said quietly "Sam…?"
I smiled and said "I'm ok, babe…I'm sorry for giving you a scare last night…"
He stared at me then said "Last night? Sam…you've…been in a coma for 7 months…"
I stared at him and shook my head "No I haven't…it's July…see look," I pointed to the calendar, seeing it was set on February. I froze and slowly looked back at Jeremy who already had tears in his eyes.
"I'm sorry, Sam…," He said, sniffling
I put  a hand over my mouth and shook my head.
He stood up and took me in his arms gently, kissing my hair.
I held onto him, kissing his lips several times.
He said quietly "God…it feels so good to kiss you again."
I said through sobs "It feels like it was just yesterday when we last kissed."
He shook his head and held me close to him.

The doctor and nurses came in and greeted me. The doc looked at me smiled then said, "We're glad to have you back, Miss. Trafford. This young man, Jeremy, has been staying with you every night."
I smiled at Jeremy, took his hand, then looked back at the doctor, saying "Well I'm glad to be back and with Jeremy…"
Jeremy smiled back at me.
The doctor laughed quietly and said "Well…if you're feeling alright enough, you might just be able to leave by tomorrow or the next day."
I smiled "I sure do hope so!"
The doctor smiled and said "Well I'll let you two have some time alone…"
With that he walked out leaving Jeremy and me alone.
I looked up at him and bit my lip a little.
He smiled down at me and kissed me deeply.
I kissed him back, pulling away. I looked up at him in thought then said quietly "I'm never going to do anything stupid like that ever again…I promise you…"
He stroked my face then replied with "I won't ever let you do anything like that ever again…"
I smiled and scooted over, patting the bed.
He climbed in bed and took me in his arms.  He kissed my hair gently and held me close to him.
We lied in bed together for the longest time that night.
