Butch from the japanese version of the powerpuff girls.I just kinda stumbled upon the PPGZ and decided I wanted to draw the rowdyruff boys in my own style, they'll look quite much older though.
Oh, and I skipped that ribbon-like choker thing, it disturbed me.
