This took AGES! Her outfit was not easy to deal with. xD
Yeah it's Rosa~ from Final Fantasy 4, the 'original' white mage people! She doesn't get any love...in fact this game doesn't get enough love, it's so good as well. Oh yeah this outfit is based on her FF4 DS outfit minus the long transparent cape...it was getting a little busy with all the patterns and such. :T

As usual I got annoyed near the end and rushed it xD I need to stop doing that.

OH! And I made 2 progress videos of this, though the second part I cut it short 'cause it was getting a bit long so you don't actually see the finished piece in the video.
