Description
Just a colored version of the lineart on a primary redesign of Jade from Mortal Kombat I did just for fun. I did it on Photoshop CS5 and I tried to give her an anime look.

Jade was once one of the many of Edenian children of the Emperor of the realm of Outworld, Shao Kahn, had kidnapped during his invasion of the realm of Edenia. He adopted her as if she was his own child but he rarely had the true love of a father for her because he felt she wasn't his daughter by blood. He used her as a guard and servant to him and former General of the Army of Outworld. She became one of Outworld's highly skilled assassins due to the fact that most Outworlders are highly skilled fighters. In Outworld, the inhabitants saw her as a Goddess of War and they all worshipped her. Many people had sex with her and many sacrificed so many lives and things to her. After the fall of Outworld, her home realm Edenia was restored and she became the General of the Edenian Army and sided with the Defenders of Earthrealm and later on, the Forces of Light, to help protect the realms.

Jade is an Edenian. She was born in Edenia but raised in Outworld. She has the appearance of many Edenians, human like features and body structures, hair and eyes like humans, stand upright, have two arms that have two hands with five fingers on each hand and two legs that have two feet and five toes on each foot. Her body resembles that of a human female but since she is an Edenian, her body has higher tolerance to extremely cold and hot weather, her skin is very smooth and soft but cutting it would be difficult, she has a high tolerance for pain, have very strong bones, can never get sick because Edenians have an immune system that can attack any diesease, but as a female Edenian, have extremely sensative body organs. If you was to rip out her heart and accidentally dropped it, it would disintegrate to pieces. Her skin color would resemble the skin color of a mixed African human female. Her facial structure resembles a mixed African human female also but would also have some features of an East Indian woman and Afro-Latina female. She also has big lips. She has a nose that would resemble both a mixed African female and an East Indian female. She has a gorgeous face with beautiful green eyes. She has very big breast, big hips and a big butt. She is very short in height and she is the shortest character in my retake on Mortal Kombat standing at a small 5' 3". She is somewhat like an athletic woman and sweats a lot.

Her skills in combat would be very diverse consisting of many different fighting styles from Outworld. She is so highly skilled, she was once the General of Outworld and she was worshipped as a Goddess of War in Outworld. She has attacks that use magic she learned from Outworld and later on Edenia and an inner energy which would be something equivalent to a human's Inner Chi. Her energy is green by color and gives her the ability to make weapons from it like a Bo Staff like weapon and a razor boomerang she calls a "Razor-Rang" and even make her body prone to any attack for a short limited amount of time. It also can give her the ability to teleport, give her the ability to move two times faster.

In contrast to being a highly skilled assassin, Jade is very intelligent. She is intelligent in fighting and using certain plans to win in a battle. She is also known to have a very great sense in pride and takes pride in showing her sexuality. She has a lot of pride because she is proud of being an Edenian and her sexuality due to the fact that she is extremely confident because of her beautiful and stunning looks and amazing goddess like body. As a General, she always usually shows a lot of skin which helps her distracts her heterosexual male opponents when in battle against them. She is pretty cocky, sassy and very confident. This is because she likes to taunt her opponents by acting very feminine but also fight and present herself as a warrior. She is loyal to all of those who respects her and is sarcastic. She is also patronizing due to her dedication to fighting for Edenia, and very ruthless towards her opponents. She is a very kind hearted person but would be willing to become ruthless to her worst sworn enemies.

Design Description:
For the hairstyle, I thought of giving her a black bob haircut because it adds more personality to her and makes her appear like a woman who is trying to look attractive but at the same time have short hair because in combat, if someone grabs your hair, you may or may not be defeated and Jade being a General, knows this. I also gave her green and gold sticks to keep her bangs from coming down and covering her headband since she wants people to see her headband.

I gave her green eyes because of her name and a caramel/mocha type of complexion of skin color because I can see Jade as that skin color. Jade has problems in the games with her skin color and some people thinks she's either Black, Latina, Indian, Middle Eastern, etc, so I made her look of them races blended since they all look alike. I gave her a green headband with black and gold linings on it. I also put a gold diamond shaped metal on the middle of the headband to give her the appearance that would resemble an Indian Bindi. She also has a mask that covers her mouth that is green in the front, black on the sides and gold on the top. It would resemble her mask from her MK 2011 primary.

For the upper body area, I gave her an update to her UMK3 attire but tweaked it a little bit. On the attire, it is green on the sides and front but on around the rib area going up to her shoulders. It has black from her neck to her cleavage to her groin area. It has golden lining on the bottom of her groin area. The attire also has a diamond shaped nylon and mixture of spandex material covering her large clevage. She has a black sleeve on her left arm covered with an armband that is black and has gold lining and jade stones on it. It also has a smaller black armband that has gold lining. She also has green forearm bands on both arms and light brown gloves with the top black with gold lining. Her left arm has a golden arm band with black lining. She has a black sash that covers her stomach and one the back of it, it has a jade stone with a outline of gold around it. She also has green fingernails because green is her color.

Her lower body has gold chains that go into her attire. It is nod to her MK 2011 primary. She has green leg bands on both of her legs. She has black 3 inch high heel boots which also has gold lining on them and the kneecap of the boots has a jade stone oval, with the top of the boots from the feet, green and the bottom of the boots gold.

Her weapon is a Bo Staff, which has a green color and isn't actually a staff but energy and magic she uses to produce a staff like weapon using light. It is green because it is Jade's color of energy even though in old MK games, she had a purple staff but I felt a green staff was more appropriate for her.
