Well yeah Ralph is dead :I
Today I got a new fish though. He's legitimately purple, red and white. Like Vaati.
So I named him Vaati.

Omg, I am so jealous! I actually do have a guppy who is blueish purple, dark orange, and white, and I haven't named him yet. Close enough, YOUR NAME IS NOW VAATI, FISH!
I need to name more of my fish after characters, I have a catfish named Levi from AoT and now Vaati but that's it.
Also, are you keeping Vaati the Fish in a tank and not a bowl? It looks like you are in the picture but I'm not sure. I know a lot about fish care, so if you have any questions on finned Vaati then feel free to come ask me and I'll be happy to help.

No, that's the container he came in. I was getting the temp acclimated to the tank's temp.
I do have 10+ years of fishcare experience so i know enough to keep this guy happy and alive for a long time. Ralph lived for about two years but he was already an adult when I got him so who knows how old he was...

Alright, that's great! Too many bettas have to spend their lives in bowls by owners who know nothing about them, I'm so glad Vaati Betta will have a great home with you! and probably be spoiled rotten

He's in a Filtered 5 gal (with a cleaner fish and a shrimp) and gets fed twice a day, he's got lots of plants and a little hiding cave (every betta i've had has loved caves) and I don't use a heater but we do live in a desert and our house is never colder than 75 sooo...

Dude, its better than anything I could ever do. XD Best animation I've ever done is a super crappy 300-ish frame thing on flipnote. That I did in '09. It was just a ball. Bouncing across the screen. Took my eight year old brain about a month.
