English--> Water/Fighting type Starter for Innan Region! I wanted to draw a otter like Pokémon... I think it turned out pretty well XDName: Cootter

Pokédex Entry:
Cootter has a big head that often makes him fall to ground when it's outside the river. It's said by cientists that most part of Cootter's cranium is completly empty and helps it to float.
Design Origins: I wanted to do a otter like Pokémon and it ended in a mix of a raccoon and an otter while reading information about otters in Wikipedia.
Why you designed it: I remembered marine otters and I thought it would be great to make one as final evolution... so I needed a otter basic form ^^

Descripción de Pokédex:
La gran cabeza de Cootter hace que caiga al suelo muy a menudo cuando está fuera del río. Los científicos dicen que gran parte del cráneo de Cootter está completamente vacío y que lo ayuda a flotar.
Origen del Diseño: Quería hacer un Pokémon nutria, pero terminó siendo una mezcla de nutria y mapache mientras leía información sobre las nutrias en Wikipedia.
Por qué lo diseñaste: Recordé a las nutrias marinas y pensé que serían genial como evolución final... por lo que necesitaba otra nutria como forma básica ^^
