I really dig this outfit. I like the way you did all of the ruffles. Personally, I'd probably wear some panties under there though. XD Dig the color blends on the hair and skirt.

I dig the colors also! ... And agree about the panties. I can't imagine how 'free' it must feel to have that skirt piece swing out of the way and get a waft of air right up between the thighs.
