Hey, I really hope you don't mind me asking -- I feel like a complete dope -- but how exactly do you get that transparent background thingy to work in SAI???? Every time I save it into a .png file it still remains to have a white background... ;A; Do you use a special program to remove it or something? Once again, hope you don't mind me asking, I just think the way you do it is so neat and perfect >w<

No problem! I had wondered it for the longest time too! ^^'
I think one of the most important steps is to not start drawing on LAYER 1; always start on LAYER 2, but keep LAYER 1 there and blank all throughout the drawing process.
When you're done drawing your character, Go back to the blank LAYER 1 and splash a random color on it with the Paint Bucket tool (like hot pink or something).
If the whole background turns hot pink with no issues, DELETE LAYER 1.
It'll look like you have a white background but you actually don't!
Next, save it as a PNG and make sure its "32bbp ARGB (Each pixel have Opacity)"
Ta-dah! you should have a transparent background (Hope I explained that properly....XD)
Try it out with a simple doodle first but remember to not draw on LAYER 1!
