I'm not sure why but there's like there's 2 different views of this picture. One; It's a cute seal cub. But two: It's on land with 2 large empty eyes, almost as it's crying with those two strings of whatever it is- from it's eye

Those black bits coming from the eyes is caused by the seals lack of natural drainage for tears. So im told...
