Description
This is my entry for 's contest "Deleted Scenes"I wanted to draw Esperanza, since she's my favourite character in the movie.
And here she is!
This scene takes place after Spirit got caught by the cowboys.
Esperanza is very sad because she promised Strider to take care of Spirit (right before he also got caught by the cowboys and passed away after), but she failed, thought.
Now Strider's spirit tries to comfort her.

For the mist I used the paintbrush in an low opaticity painting over and over again till I liked it.
And for the stars just make a white dot and use the smudge-tool (start in the middle of the dot, not the other direction)
You see, it's very easy (as long as you are able to understand my english
