Been playing around with steampunk idea jewelry.These were my first two pendants I made, and I'm auctioning them off over on my LJ [link] . (except the top one is just the bottom piece).
YAY for experimenting with crafts!

Very nice pendants, but the modern silver chain is really holding the look back. Try Michael's, they have lots of nicely finished chains.

Very nice! I've played around with similar ideas myself and I always found it hard to find good scale gears/cogs, where do you come by them if you don't mind my asking?

What a beautiful piece this is. I am especially impressed that you made something so lovely and unique out of something as commonplace as cogs. I know that's kind of a part of the steampunk style (the cogs I mean) but I still really love this piece
