Alrighty here goes.
There's not really much to critique, honestly. The fingers holding the Pokeball are a little off-looking, the arms seem a bit long, and his right knee seems to be lower than the left knee. Those are all completely minor, though. They're not extremely noticeable (I had to really look to find them) and your basic anatomy structure is near perfect. Awesome job. c:

I agree on the fingers thing since i kept trying to draw them right but eventually gave up.
The arms however are a style choice so thats why they're a bit off and the knee thing is because of perspective and the pose.
