Chromaphilia (affinity to the color) 30 piecesThis project represents the intrinsic sensuality of the female anatomy, its different shapes,folds, contortions and voluptuousness, accented by their affinity to each feeling represented in color.
Chromaphilia presents the woman as it is, with real anatomy across the edges of the stereotype of "model" that Hollywood and its movies have imposed in society... the female body is perfect and erotic in it's natural unique way .... its imperfections are which make them perfect, unique and wonderful.

Great use of lighting... the hot spot of the lights being slightly behind the model accentuates her silhouette and keeps her from blending into the background.
I love the way you painted the model a stark white to match the background before applying the paint. Any issue of losing the subject into the background has been prevented by the excellent placement of lighting.
Great pose, great curves. I like the distant "I'm not paying any attention to you since you spilled paint on me" attitude of the model, with her face and head seemingly ignoring what you're saying.
Mesmerizing image. I stared at it for quite some time before I had the words to compose this critique. The stark whiteness of the model almost makes it look like a 3D rendering, which draws me in even more.
The only things I can recommend would be to paint her right breast to accentuate her silhouette, make sure the white paint covers her hair more completely, and put down some kind of paper to eliminate the overshoots of blue paint.
The blue "V's" in the foreground distract slightly from the composition, as everything in this composition is either curved or arced upwards, or parallel and vertical. The "V's" seem to add a "droopy" quality that negates what would otherwise be a floating feeling... anchoring her to the ground a little too much.
All in all, excellent work, well done!

Sorry, nice image but imperfections where? That's a perfect body, that "real anatomy" nonsense has nothing to do with it. You are not obliged to make a statement with every piece of art, so there's no need to force one into place when it doesn't belong.

estas mal sebastian....a que le llamas anatomia real? y a que le llamas perfeccion....cuando yo convoque personas que quisieran colaborar en mi proyecto...cuanta mujer se apunto, fueron las que use...hubo mujeres de cuerpos esbeltos, embarazadas y gorditas...no hay derecho en atacar algo que no conoces del todo...ademas faltan 19 obras por subir

Criticizing is one thing and attacking is another thing, fudaryli. It seems to me that the concept you outline for the project is not what can be seen in the image. That's a criticism. Saying "estΓ‘s mal, SebastiΓ‘n" ("you're wrong/sick/misguided, SebastiΓ‘n") is attacking.
Anyway, when I talk about perfection/imperfection and about "real anatomy", I am using those terms in the same sense you use it in your outline of the project.
I am very aware that this is the first image in a series... but introducing the concept with this image, which seems to contradict the purpose stated in the text, is unfortunate at least.
That said, it's an impressive image, that's why I put it in my favourites list.

I agree. You say you're supporting that women are beautiful no matter the body type, and that the body type of models is unrealistic (of course, I'm paraphrasing there), but you use a model. I find it contradictory.

is not a model!...it is a friend of mine...when i ask for models i accept every woman who wants to enter....but be sure of this....find 30 volunteers it is not easy...at least here....and woman who are not slim, are more insecure, so what i get was people like her...again, is not modeling her job

regardless of whether or not she is a professional model, her body is still extremely modelesque. i just think that if you're going to use that little speech of yours for the caption, you should have a different woman modelling.

Okay, this--along with the others in this series--are some of the most brilliant and original pieces I have seen in a long time! The white painted body against the white backdrop presents the most incredibly perfect canvas for the dripping colored paint. I could go on and on about the artistic merits of this piece but there is no way I could describe it as well as your caption...so I will just leave it at that. Inspiring, inspiring work!
