Description Don't get me wrong. I don't even pretend to be a good inker. But I've often been encouraged to try (I guess people get bored with just seeing my pencils). So here's my unabashed attempt at inking a figure.

Tools? A random ballpoint pen. I suppose it was okay for the linework (not that I'd have enough experience to know what I'm talking about). But for shading? uuuhhh...no. Hence, the crosshatching.

The sword was done with an ink pen (also a random pen care of my office's supply cabinet) which I used because it was easier to do the 'Kurby Crackle'...the dot effect used in comics.

So...there you have it. I'm thinking I'll move this to scraps later.

For now...it's back to 0.3mm drafting pencils for me. I am a pencil artist after all.

As inking jobs go, I know this isn't very good . I forgot a very important tool...

WHITE OUT!

Glad you like it.
