and the turning of Flash after having to rescue him from the Vampire kingdom! Flash had been kidnapped during the raid on Freelancer base and had been tricked into believing they had his Guardian or could otherwise help him find Napalm. But instead they led him to a trap where he had gotten cut and bitten by some vampires of lower class. This only caused him to be poisoned rather then turned. Sky Shadow created a diversion for Avalanche to get Flash out but the poison was too far spread when she found a safe spot to take care of the child.

Not even a blood transfusion was helping and Flash was fading quickly so Ava had to turn him to save his life because the loss of Flash would have a huge impact on the base. It was a choice she'd rather have not made but everything was against the younger and panic was hitting strong.

Sky Shadow landed just as she'd given up on trying the normal means of help and turning to more vampyric. But he chose not to disturb and stayed back so the transition would go well.

Lances Death with was close second though so this was super hard. No I didn't choose this one because of Sam being my girlfriend or because of my OC Avalanche having to be vampire but because this got right in all the feels feels feels feels. Child being fooled and lied to then being actually hurt and poisoned near death and a hard choice to ones own very self making her feel less human in the end... This will forever eat at her guilt and so won my choice ^^
