All of a sudden, Liara realizes she inherited another trait from her mother, Matriarch Benezia.
Didn't Matriarch Aethyta mention (during her dialogue with Liara at the Citadel) that Benezia had particularly large boobs for an asari in her maiden/matron years?

I don't remember that particular line but it wouldn't surprise me.
After playing through ME1 I though it was a genetic thing about asari that in their older years their breasts would grow ... it is an alien race after all... no need to have them exist by our human rules.
Than in ME2 during the famous bar dialogue where those drunks discuss how asari are appealing to everyone I started to think about them as natural seducers that kind of adapt to the preferences of their chosen partners (-race).
Their entire reproduction process is to collect the best of their partner and combine them with their own DNA after all.
I personally could live with 1 or 2 sizes less bust compared to the volume you see in this and most of my other renders of liara but it's the technical best model of her available and for all the reasons above plus benezia being a prime example I'm fine with her gaining some weight in that area. It is however a version of Liara I think would better suit her "older" version and not necessarily her "teen" years during the trilogy.
Besides my renders are based on my headcanon and not on biowares model-copy-paste restrictions or fear of being too "provocative".

Sadly, Ashley's original writer wasn't pleased with how his character got changed; When he designed and wrote her, he described her as, "a soldier who happened to be an attractive female". When he was replaced for ME3, he described the result as, "a sex-doll with a gun."

I can also guess that if there was a crossover between Mass Effect and Star Wars, Liara could walk the path of a Jedi Consular wielding a Cyan lightsaber. Also I believe that Samara would make a decent Jedi Sentinel or Jedi Guardian carrying a blue lightsaber, though Aria's tricky since she's more of a "bad girl" but w/some good in her so she could walk a Jedi Guardian while armed w/a purple lightsaber.

Probably a case where Aria gets kicked out of the Order after a very short period since she follows her own rules, but she'd still have a purple lightsaber. Probably a Gray Jedi that is on the very brink of becoming a Dark Jedi.
But when it comes to Samara, it is hard to tell if she could be a Jedi Guardian or a Sentinel since the guardians r defenders of justice while the sentinels seek out any signs of the dark side and Asari Justicars defend justice in Asari space while also seeking out Ardat-Yakshi.
Maybe u could list out the Mass Effect characters and guess as to which path of the Force they could walk (Jedi Guardian, Jedi Consular, Jedi Sentinel, Gray Jedi, Dark Jedi, Sith Lord, Sith Marauder, Sith Inquisitor), what lightsabers (single blade, two-handed lightsaber, dual single bladed), and color.

I think that despite having no knowledge about Liara's height in the Mass Effect Trilogy and having different sources argue over the "official height" on the alien species (especially the Asari), I would officially consider seeing Liara T'Soni stand at 5'9" w/out the video game engine making her the same height as Commander Shepard. And speaking about giving notable Asari my "official height" standards, I would consider her mother Matriarch Benezia 6', Omega's Aria T'Loak 6', Justicar Samara 5'11", Asari Commando Shiala 5'10", Ardat-Yakshi Morinth 5'9", and of course Pelessaria B'Sayle (Peebee) 5'6". Think that would work GINkasu ?

Now that I think about it, I would guess that as the Asari gets older over the centuries they are able to grow in height but at a much slower rate than an average human.
And it also means that Liara would only be 2" taller than my other favorite videogame babe Catwoman.
