For the normal operation of transparent objects, make sure, that you have loaded the boxes first, and then covers. Or You may edit accessories order in list - Background - accessories edit - move down all covers.
You are free to editing these accessories.
Used effects: Adult Shader, SSAO.

That R2-D2 - not model, just accessory. I converted it to .X format from Google Sketchup 3D Warehouse.

This is just old model of Luka Megurine by Nakao.Β Dress removed with MikuMikuEffect.

Menu MMEffect - Effect mapping - select model - set effect - select effect (adult shader, for example)
Edit - Subset extract - uncheck boxes with desired clothes parts
But most of the models simply do not have any skin under clothing.

Wow, just wow. That's pretty cool! I would so like to see someone do that scene from "Small Soldiers" with these (the part where the Commandos first come to life and punch their way out of the boxes)!!
