About her magic:
Rain is part of an ancient race of dragons, which is where her legendary magic came from. Similar to Dragon Slayer magic, but not the same. In Rain's magic, her element is of fire, galactic fire to be more precise. Her magic has a few healing properties to it, however it only works on creatures related to the dragons, such as Dragon Slayers. And no, she can't cure motion sickness. Rain's galactic magic is able to summon items from another realm, the Galaxy Realm. She can also create such items with her own fire, and many other things. Rain doesn't really like to use her magic for battle, so she focuses more on using it for other things. Even though she doesn't use it very often in fights, it's still a powerful magic.
Her torture magic is a horrible magic. When casted on anyone it brings back all horrible memories from that person's mind and creates them into a living nightmare. It creates the memories into reality, and can hurt the victim horribly. However, she does not use this magic very much at all.

Personality:
Rain is a quiet, shy, calm girl, who's a coward and isn't afraid to admit it. She's a coward. She can be a little bit of a whiner, but most of the time, she keeps the complaints to herself. Despite her introverted personality, she can be very loud and talkative when amongst close friends. But when she meets someone new, she barely talks at all. Also, she hates frilly and girly things, and refuses to wear a dress. You can try all you want, but she'll burn it in the end.
If anyone ever saw her naked, I mean ANYONE, she'd be traumatized for the rest of her life. She can get embarrassed very easily and doesn't like outfits that are FAR to revealing. However, after joining Fairy Tail, she becomes less shy and more forward with people. She's still a shy and scared girl, but her confidence does get better.
No one has ever seen Rain truly angry. And for some strange reason, Rain feared and hated wizards of any kind for a very long time. In fact, she still does, but maybe not so extreme.

Bio/history:
Not a whole lot is known about her, or really how Blue came into her life, but everyone knows that her home town was burned to the ground by Aki, who was searching for Rain. Before this event, Redaisha took care of both Rain and Blue, and taught them both magic. Red took more time to train Rain than Blue, seeing that Rain could be her future queen, and had a legendary power. Over time, Red grew attached to Rain, and the small child treated Red as her mother.
However, this all changed when Red suddenly stopped showing up. This was after the fire...After this, Blue and Rain had to move from place to place, and traveled all over Fiore to find a place to settled. Of course, Rain never stopped practicing her magic...Finally, they made it to Magnolia, where she found Fairy Tail. It took her a very long time, but soon she joined the guild. She isolated herself from everyone there, especially Natsu. She realized she had a horrible fear of Natsu, but she couldn't figure out why.
But as time went on, her fear began to ebb away, and they became friends...sort of. Natsu pretty much hates Rain in every way, but is her friend at the same time. He often calls her a pest and scaredy-cat, but Rain doesn't really matter (she also knows how very true this it as well)
