Gah, I wish I could get an effect like this in SAI, but I have no idea how.

If you're referring to the fire effect, I used a mix of the airbrush and marker using the color yellow on a layer above the original drawing and set it to 'luminosity'. It works wonders.Β
The rust texture is just a multiply overlay set to a low opacity.Β
