Last one of the evening. Based off of a koi eastern dragon.Β
Pokedex Entry:Β Drakeon are evolved from Eevees when the Eevee comes into contact with a Dragon Fang. Their long bodies whip around like ribbons when they move and they are said to bring good luck and fortune to those they deem worthy.

But there's a problem: the design of very eeveelution is simple. Your drakeon's design is too much complicated and detailed.

I agree, the Eeveeloutions are indeed very elegantly simple. I just kind of went out on a limb with these, had fun with them.
