Description
Decided to name her "Laura"! ~She's around 14 years old, she loves to dress up and all that.
My character here loves makeup, sometimes a little too much.
Laura does get a few weird looks daily, she's not bothered by it anymore.
(Though sometimes, they can be really mean).
This took 35 minutes to make on MS Paint.
I did infact use a mouse ~

Wow! That's some great MS Paint work! The colors and pose are the biggest strength of this and I especially love how her design came out! Her hair, eyes, and outfit look great.
For constructive criticism, you'll want to make the shading on the face smoother. I'm not sure if that can be done on Paint or not, so if not, you may want to look at SAI or Clip Studio Paint. Also look into GIMP as well.

Actually, I usually make the shading and such more smooth, though I cannot do that in MS Paint as effectively.
(I usually use FireAlpaca)
Actually, the only reason why I used MS Paint today was because I lost my drawing pen.
