I could imagine that if she gets a robot arm, that it keeps her shotgun functions, but also adds miniature jet turbines at the rear part of the arm to increase the speed of her punches. Then, her intact Ember Celica can be modified to replicate her robot arm. And you wanna know the best part about it? When her semblance activates, the turbines flare up accompanied by a loud revving noise, going into overdrive. The overall design of the new Ember Celica would resemble an Eastern Dragon head. What do you think?

well judging by how the finally ended, I don't think Yang is going to be done much of anything for awhile. That being said, Remnant is only spared while she goes through this phase so its really a calm before the storm.

It's just an arm, though. Hell, Ironwood had his entire half of his body chopped off, and he's still alive! At worst, Yang will be armless forever, but at best, she'll get a robotic arm. And believe me, I think we all know how awesome those are! XD

Yeah, and hopefully, as Yang technically wanted as an upgrade to her weapon according to the RTX RWBY Q&A Panel 2016, the new robotic arm will come with an Ember Celica that don't only serve as Shotgun Gauntlets, but also be part grenade launcher. That would be really awesome. But a SEVERELY awesome and epic thing that could come with the robotic arm... Rocket Fist. >:3

I wouldn't put it past Ironwood to offer Yang the finest in Atlesian cybernetic prosthesis technology to replace her arm. In fact I can see him doing that to everyone who was hurt during this battle as a sign of goodwill. And as for Yang, she doesn't seem to be the type to back down from a fight, arm or no arm.
The real problem is Adam. Keep in mind Yang had just entered the fight after several days of rest, her aura was completely topped off, and yet Wilt managed to maim her in a single stroke. I guess this is actually a blessing in disguise, as having a limb chopped off is normally a serious injury (as in you'll bleed out unless you apply a tourniquet or something), but I think Yang's aura immediately concentrated on the stump and healed it to the point of being non-life-threatening, even though she still ended up unconscious from the shock - which is also why she appeared to be "bleeding" embers from the wound, it was her aura coalescing around it. But it's obvious now that Wilt has some ability to bypass the protective capabilities of aura, which makes Adam dangerous even to trained Huntsmen.

I have a theory about that to be honest, I don't believe Wilt has any kinda of special aura-penetrating properties in and of itself, but rather Adam's semblance allows him to absorb the energy of attacks he blocks (remember the Spider-Mech in the Black Trailer?) and then channel them through Wilt, giving it INSANE cutting power. Given he'd probably been fighting his way through Atlas Soldiers, Mechs & Beacon Students before he crossed paths with Blake & Yang showed up he probably had a significant amount of charge built up in reserve, hence how easily he dismembered Yang.
