i like it.
it's delicate.
and, i feel like saying, eloquent.
though on closer look it's dark. maybe a bit foreboding.
visually it's murky which is reflective of what's going on.
(i have a head cold, so bear with me. heh.)
the little girl's expression seems to convey innocence but at the same time she seems directly
involved(?) or connected to the drowning victims(?), spirits(?) beneath.
anyway,...interesting dynamics.
i like it.

I'm so glad you think so, I was trying to convey those feelings and thoughts about the little girl (and those are victims, yes, but not from drowning, they're more like corpses thrown in the river. Those are details though)
