Damn it, why can't I choose a painting style and stick with it? (ノಠ益ಠ)ノSo, anyways...
This is my entry for the contest.
The theme was "brown hair" and "bookworm".
My favorite book ever?

Have you read it? It's pretty awesome.
Now I'm worried there's a real "THE" book but it's completely terrible and I said I like it GAH

HOW ARE YOU SO GOOD AT COLORING
The shadows on the girl's fingers look a little too hard, and the boy's forearm looks more like a crooked branch, but those are really the only issues I have with this.

I can totally see what you mean on both accounts, too! In particular the crooked arm was probably a result of trying to use super think line-art... I'm not to used to it, so I must've gotten caught up in the ascetic. CX
