Satomi: FemShino

Because I was not happy with Satomi's previous Shippuden design.

I have recently found myself unsatisfied with Satomi's design, a fact I discovered when working on her Character Sheet, so I set about to resolve the matter. I considered redesigning her Genin self as well, but I decided against it. It was similar in form to her Mother's outfit and when I tried to alter her mother's, I realized that I felt no desire to because I felt it was fine as it was. Thus, I left the Genin one alone and went straight to the Shippuden one.

Comments and Thoughts on Design:

Remnants of the old Shippuden outfit linger, such as the high-collar black jacket underneath the pale green one and the brown capris, but it's not the same.

The black jacket beneath is longer than the old one, reaching to mid-thigh. Not as long as her mother's jacket, but almost.

Contemplated having the hood lowered, but scrapped that idea when I realized that I couldn't make it work, so hood up it was. Only thing is that she looks pretty similar to Original Shino. *grimaces*

The pale green jacket is based heavily off those women's coats you see. I don't know what they're called, but you know them, right?

Sleeves are similar to old jacket's sleeves.

There is a zipper beneath the two button things, so the jacket is doubly secure.

Added bandages to Satomi's shins. Seems more like her personality to do so.

It is amusing to realize that, though Satomi is finally revealing her form, proving that she is, in fact, a girl, she has concealed her face further. She's become more revealing and concealing at the same time. If find this to be rather ironic. Lol.

The shoes are like normal Konoha sandals, not her own style like other teens in Shippuden, except that they're black.
