He wears a short sleeve, slightly-kimono style shirt that is night blue in color, near black, really, with a sash around his waist. (Color undecided at this point. Maybe red like Shippuden Temari's. We'll see.) He has black arms bands around his forearms and his trusty fan still remains strapped to his back. His headband now resides on his forehead, as opposed to his right bicep. He continues to wear those tan pants and the Suna shinobi sandals.

Otherwise, he's the same old Tetsuya you know and love. Appearance-wise, at least. However, you may note that, while he once wore a scowl back in Part One, he now wears a smirk. Apathetic, pissed off face is not the most common now. Lol.
