Looks like Arcane Cosmos turned them all into Wizards. (Or I did. I tried focusing on other aspects of their designs, like Roll's hair ribbon)On another note, I'm pretty sure the Dealer hideout was in one of WWW's old hideouts.

Actually, the majority of these, if not all, look like, and most likely are, Classic MegaMan Robot Masters. RADIX decided to get creative and turn them into Wizards. Look at the designs very closely.

I know that. I'm saying Dealers Base in SF 3 looked simalar to Nebulas Base in BN5, not any of the World 3 Hideouts. But I could be wrong as I had only played BN 3, 5 and 6.
