Well this is a picture of me on the night of my prom. I figure everyone should have a picture of themselves somewhere on their page so i decided to post one.

Hmmm.....not sure what you are doing wrong where everyone thinks you're a guy, gen.
But, hey, you're a very beautiful lady, in a great gown/dress, with a pretty smile, who (from what I'm reading) can argue with the best of them, doesn't take crap from anyone, and likes RPGs (most notably FF VI!

Oh, no no no. I never thought you were a guy. Only from the fact you had commented on the Celes pic I did and I looked at your picture before I saw your political posts.
I think its a natural assumption for people to default to thinking someone they can't see is a guy. Sort of like how everyone assumes the bounty hunter that shows up at Jabba's palace with Chewbacca in Return of the Jedi is a guy, and it turns out to be Princess Leia (don't mean to spoil that for anyone who hasn't seen it, but if you haven't seen it by now, you're out of luck).

haha i'm a total star wars nerd, so trust me i've seen it...probably far more times than i should have lol. But yea, i know what you mean. Unless someones screen name has a girls name in it, or is extremely girly i usually assume its a guy too lol

If nothing else, think of it as a bit of an advantage you have over others. If they assume you're one thing, and you are in fact another, you know something they don't. Which, gives you a bit of an advantage.
