Yes it is my work, made using Gimp about 6 or 7 years ago. I've seen them appeared in many other places.
I originally posted them here in 2007 or 08. Of which that account no longer exists, due to it being hacked and my work plagiarized.
Unfortunately,  a lot of what I made and have offer for free has been taken/stolen and used by other in the past. This is why it now cost points to download most of my work.

Thank you for bring this to my attention, but I have no way of keeping track of this, and can't do much to stopping it once it has occurred.

Yes it is my work, created with Gimp back in 2008. I have seen the in many other places and your link is the 5th such place that they have appeared.
I originally posted them here on back in 2007. That account is now history, along with any real way of stopping people from taking my work.
Lots of what I make and offer for free has been taken and used by other in the bast. This is why I only post here and it cost points to download most of my work.

Thank you for providing me with the link, but I have no way of keeping track of this kind of thing, nor can I do anything to stop it once it has been done.

You're welcome! I just had images of them on peoples mp3 players, or on the back of a phone so when they take a pic of their friends there's these cool toon eyes looking at them.
