The Death's Head figure can be found at a number of different online toy retailers. The Deadpool figure is a few years old and very expensive now.

thanks! found Death's Head on amazon and ordered the sucker
I already have deadpool. Big fan of DH so its about time they
gave him a figure. hope they make minion/deaths head II next
should be simple, could maybe use the Colossus figure as a base
