If you're wondering if female Blitzardi have boobs, no they don't.
Though they look mammalian, they are not mammals.
I try to make Nercine look a little more feminine despite the fact that sexual dimorphism is as subtle in Blitzardi as it is with reptiles. Her more feminine look is more for the human viewer than it is for her view or her species' view.

I wasn't wondering that; and it's kinda obvious that they are more reptilian than mammalian.
So, is size one of the differences?

No, not really, they're all roughly the same size. Size is not determined by sex but by genetics.
Kedzuel being much bigger than his sister has to do with his physical augmentation. Nercine has augmentation specifically designed for more reality warping whereas Kedzuel is augmented for physical combat.
Though don't think that Nercine can't kick a lot of ass on her own. She's just as good of a swordsman as Kedzuel is and often beats him through her heighten speed and agility during sparring matches.
She's pretty much one of the reasons why he was able to beat Khan because she was augmented very similar to Khan.
