I wasn't planning to upload this pic on dA, but now I've decided to upload it for picturizeIt's bad quality I know, but the lighting was terrible at the dog show, and the pic was really spontaneous - I saw them and had to take a shot before they went away.
This will go into scraps later.
Breed: Borzoi (Russian Hunting Sighthound).

every photo with borzoi is a beautiful photo so don't worry about the quality of a photo 
these dogs fascinate me. i love them. i love how they look but i also love their temperament. i so want one but i live in an apartment on 8th floor so i don't think it would be the best place for borzoi. but one day i'll definitely have one.

Borzoi are gorgeous dogs, in looks and temperament.
I have a two year old who looks just like the one on the right. He is beautiful, not a mean bone in his body! Great photo

Had the same problem when I went to an indoor dog show - lighting was horrendous, ruined just about all my photos, but at least they were decent enough to keep for memories. NEVER going to a dog even held indoors, EVER again.
Borzoi, had been one of my favorite breeds (by physicality) for such a long time, I had never seen one in real life before I went to my first dog show this past December (I got to pet one!). GORGEOUS dogs, so strangely unique, yet elegant. Didn't seem to be a very enthusiastic, outgoing, social breed though, which is what I do not like about them.
Who cares about the quality, it's a great moment you captured.

But taking photos of the dogs is just one part of why I go to dog shows. Unfortunately lately I never have the time to stay till the end of the show, so the main goal is to see the judging of the breeds I'm interest in, see friends I rarely see and then run to my other obligations. They seem to come on busy weekends and because of that I don't really concentrate on photographing the dogs..
