Of the Brooklyn bridge images on here, this one stands out as my favorite thus far. Very cool.

I was in NYC just 3 weeks ago, and I also had the picture in my head already before going there.
I found myself walking across Brooklyn Bridge at 7 a.m in the morning looking for early dramatic clouds. Great view of the city from the bridge. And as you say it is great to work the lines out from almost any perspective you shot from.

wow amazing. I had done a sketching of the Brooklyn Bridge a year ago. I was kinda proud of it, cause my tutor said it was good. but when i saw your picture, and look back at my sketching....i should've be more detail about the web lines thingy. But it's a good shot!

Some time people can do fantastic structures when not busy destroying something else....

The b/w works great here, making me feel even more trapped as I probably would if this was in colour.
It's interesting really, feeling so small and insignificant and yet I keep having the urge to grab that net and climb up 'til I reach the top and can gaze around.
Hidden beauty in architecture, well captured, G.

Very apt comment for a photo that captures our attention with all its webbing.

With the clear channel down the middle, it looks as if it's about to take off on bat or insect wings. Nice.
