That reminds me of a stuffed animal I found at an abandoned house one time.
I was checking out the house for my work because we had to find out if it was condemned. Couldn't find a condemned sign but there was a trash bag full of children's toys on the front lawn (if you could call it a lawn). It was kind of sad to think what the conditions were when these people had to leave.

I'm a transportation noise control engineer. If a new road is being built or an existing one is being modified (adding more lanes, etc.), we have to model the area in a program that can predict what the noise levels in the area will be after construction. If it's too loud in certain places, we need to look at building acoustic walls or other methods of blocking the noise. A part of that is determining which buildings should be included in the study. So for example if a house is unoccupied but not condemned or anything, it's possible that someone could move in and fix it up, so it will be counted in the study because the noise would affect those people. But if half of the house is collapsed already or there is a condemned sign, it will not be counted because the house is too far gone and therefore noise will not affect any people in that location.
Thanks for sharing the other photos!
