the more uncommon the larger they are xD the hairless are about medium sized dog size.

They don't eat cats xD they have the same diets as cats do, albeit they eat more insects than normal.
Large dog size, some do, but you're not going to find domesticated ones growing that large. They'd be very old, and very wild and dangerous. When they start getting bigger than that they start eating anything they can get their claws on.
