I think this is a gorgeous animal! I like how you captured this stare of his
Since you submitted for feedback, I have only a suggestion for you:
for me the head is too centred. Like there is too much space above and because of it the animal appears a bit cut off, small.
So i think i would go with a classic composition of thirds here. If you feel like, have a look at this article as well Photography101: Chapter 02: Composition - Location
For even more attention to the reindeer in the front i would cut out the butt of the other reindeer at the left from the picture.
I also should point out the good capture of the first plan and the blurry background - suits the picture perfectly!
And the detailed fur, especially on it's horns, got my attention. Well done!
