AN: Sorry this is so late! Hope you like this chapter though! Also, since this is an AU, I would like to point out that not everything is the same as the original "Homestuck". I can only do so much. I'm not Hussie. Speaking of which, I guess that counts as the disclaimer. Seeing as I don't own "Homestuck" or it's BAD ASS characters. You all should just be thankful that this won't have 'Mary-Sue's… except for maybe AU versions of troll 'parents'. Any way, I'll shut up now! Enjoy!

Chapter 2

-Five minuets later-

  The four of you guys are in Terezi's living room. You and Gamzee are seated on the couch watching as Terezi and Sollux make an outline for her plan. Honstly, you aren't really sure what she's doing because she hasn't told you. You can only assume. Thankfully they finish within a few more minuets.
  "Okay! Here is the game plan you guys!" Terezi says.
  "Oh God, I know I'll regret this," you grumble.
  Terezi shakes her head. "No you won't! This will work Karkles!"
  You sigh. "Just get on with it."
  Terezi clears her throat. "Given the nature of this mission, I believe it would be best if we recruit some new members to our group. We really only need the one, but it's sort of a packaged deal with those two."
  "You don't mean…," you don't finish that sentence in hopes that you're wrong.
  "We're going to need Nepeta."
  You were right. "No fucking way."
  NEPETA LEIJON is the biggest otaku you have ever seen. The girl has more 'ships' than the US Navy. Sure, you too enjoy romance but she takes it too far for your tastes. She keeps books full of parings. You have also heard rumors that she has an entire wall full of possible relationships. And it's not just fictional characters, she also ships her FRIENDS together.
  But that's not the only issue you have with this plan. There is also the matter of her sweaty, clingy best friend EQUIUS ZAHHAK. He's as tough as an ox and sweats enough to probably fill at least one and a half bathtubs everyday. He doesn't really let Nepeta do anything. He picks out her food, decides who she can talk to, and even ties her shoes from time to time. You really don't like that guy.
  "Now Karkat," Terezi quips, "she knows her stuff. Nepeta could ship people in her sleep."
  "Do we really have to? I mean REALLY?"
  "Do you want to sleep with John or not?"
  Your face turns bright red. "TEREZI! Why would you even SAY that?!"
  She cackles. "So you don't want to screw him then? I thought you would."
  "I do—I mean not yet—I mean—We aren't even going out yet!"
  Sollux cuts in. "Can we plaethe not talk about KK fucking Egbert? I really don't want that image in thide my head."
  You face palm. "Thank you Sollux."
  "But how are we motherfuckin' going to get Nepeta to help us?" Gamzee suddenly asks.
  Terezi grins. "You just have to know how to talk to people."
  "Tho tomorrow then?" Sollux asks.
  "I never agreed to ANY of this!" You yell.
  "You didn't say no either Karkles!"
  "DON'T CALL ME THAT!"
  You think your friends are idiots at the moment. You wonder how John is doing.

KARKAT: Be JOHN.

  You are now JOHN EGBERT. You are the self-proclaimed PRANK KING. Not that anyone thinks your pranks are any good. Not even your neighbor and friend Karkat likes them. Then again, you do try to prank him often. The bucket over the door is his least favorite for some reason.
  Your best friend DAVE STRIDER is over at your house right now playing video games with you. Dave is a total cool kid, just being around him makes you feel cooler. You know both he and Karkat don't get along too well, but you really wish they would. You'd love to have your two best bros hang out with you without it ending in Karkat screaming and slamming doors.
  Also at your house (virtually through your Xbox) is your cousin JADE HARLEY. She loves gizmos and anthropomorphic fauna. You're not too sure what the second one is. She lives in a far away city. Another person in your Live party is your friend ROSE LALONDE. She's smart, that's for sure. Psychoanalysis is one of her favorite past times. She actually goes to the same school as you.
  "Egderp," Dave says with his eyes still on the screen (you think since he still has his shades on). "You're thinking about that ornery little shit aren't you?"
  "Dave! Don't be so mean! He's nice when you get to know him!" You yell.
  He smirks. "Really? I've sure as hell never seen him be nice. He treats everyone like their idiots, and he even mocks you. I don't see why you like the guy."
  "DAVE!" Your face is as red as a tomato.
  "I mean, really, why would you like that ass? He—"
  "SHUT UP DAVE!" You smack him in the face with a pillow. "I like him! He might act like a jerk, but he means well!"
  Dave huffs. "Whatever. Just ask him out already."
  "Oh he doesn't like me."
  "May I interrupt you boys for a second?" Rose asks.
   You both stop talking.
  "I may have a plan to get you and Karkat together."
  You are full of glee. "Really?! You mean it Rose?!"
  "Yes I do," she says. "But we can talk about this tomorrow after school."
  Dave cocks an eyebrow. "Why not now?"
  "Because you're about to eat my dust." Rose then kills both Dave's character and yours.
  "NO FAIR!" You yell.
  You wonder what Rose could be planning.
