Satou Kou is Sailor Star Lover, who was Kakyuu's lover before (s)he was killed by Galaxia. After Galaxia was defeated, Serenity was able to bring him back to life. So, back on Kinmoku, he and Kakyuu had children, 1 boy 1 girl. He is a part of the StarLights, but not the 3 Lights (obviously).
I wanted to put him in a suit!! It looks like a Pimp Outfit/Halloween costume!! Oh, his earring has Kakyuu's flower symbol inside it. . .BTW, HE IS SEIYA'S BROTHER BY BLOOD!!
