Holy heck i finished it!

Presentation card and elements of the drawing is inspired from GrayLancer18

I decided to experiment with my shading style with the drawing already having been a bit experimental with trying out presentation cards and giving the cloud cuffs a second chance, so i mixed my old shading style you have never seen with my current to make the one your seeing now.

It satisfies my desire for a hard and soft shading style.

I also while being already very experimental with the artwork decided to try a IbisPaint material over it, to give the drawing some texture.. I saw Gray trying it so might as well try it myself and i liked it, although i ended up making it grayscale.

Also general update with the design, the gem color has been changed to a terracotta color, the maroon color Maria had before will be given to the Grand-Master storms i.e: Wilma.

I decided that the gem color will represent the shading and highlight color, so for Maria's case i used a dull dark orange to represent the terracotta color.

Although i have drawn hurricanes before...never have i finished a hurricane drawing digitally so this was kind of a first.. i used Grays version of Maria's storm from Oct, 2020 as reference.

DEAR GOODNESS was dealing with the color tones difficult, my main issue was that Maria kept on fading into the background...it took a lot of fiddling to get to this point..

EDIT: I adjusted the shading a lil bit, mainly on the hurricane.

EDIT#2: I edited the shading for better contrast..

EDIT#3: Sized up the drawing.
