This would be Sanctus. The legs are really long like that. They look a bit... unequal in length, though. D: bargh.

The very first thing I notice about this drawing are the proportions. When it comes to a gryphon character, I expect feline proportions with avian wings and this breaks that mold, which I like. e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="
The background helps with the feel that he is floating in space. The hair on the head looks like it's coming out of the top of his head but the rest of the body along the spine looks too flat, like it's long fur near the spine, not on it. Also I'm not sure what to think of the background and it leaves me wondering why did you do such a shape and outline with what looks like old wallpaper around it? I still feel that like myself, you can go darker with your shading. the back arm and leg are so nice and well rounded compared to the tail and back leg, front leg and part of the neck.

...Backgrounds. The shape is used to complement the subject. In my other work, Resent, you can notice that the ellipses on the top left reappear on the bottom right... but in this case it isn't too complementary. Apparently the pattern's there for no real reason.
Tails are my number-one enemies. They're a pain to lineart when positioned like that. :>
ANYWAY I AGREE that there's so much wrong in this. I cared more about making sure that the legs were of he same length, Even now one is longer than the other. xD
