Another cheesecake break… A while back during a late night drawing & drinking binge, I popped in one of my Robotect DVDs and started looking for something to draw. I came across a scene I always liked where Roy Fokker goes looking for Rick Hunter in Macross City after the first battle with the Zentraedi. Roy transforms his veritech to guardian mode to come it to land and that's the screen shot I used. I changed the background and added the battle scene because 1, I only drew the fighter and I was too lazy to add the city scene and 2, the battle scene is cooler.I liked how things turned out but on the other hand the picture is littered with perspective & technical errors. But still not a bad drawing considering how drunk I was.

Really nice style and motif. Not a lot of details on the Valkyrie, but those that are there are mostly right. Not the kneecaps, though.

well for the most part yeah, the only difference that honestly bothers me is that the Robotech dub completely rewrote the whole point of the Zentraedi war. The later seasons kind of sucked, but then they were trying to incorporate footage from 3 other shows, so that's kind of expected
