Step 1.) hollow out pepper
Step 2.) stuff with cheese
Step 3.) mix flour, egg and beer into a batter
Step 4.) coat peppers with flour and shake off excess
Step 5.) coat pepper in batter
Step 6.) fry pepper in a pan or in deep frier until just turning Ogden brown
Step 7.) let cool on rack on top of a cloth to wick away oil
Step 8.) DEVOUR!
