Contest entry for Valentines Day contest. I chose Edward and Kim because that tiny little kiss at the end just wasn't enough for me.I'm very proud of this piece, mainly because I didn't use a reference (at least not on the pose) and kissing is not the easiest thing to draw.
I was thinking of doing Jack and Sally, but then I thought everyone was going to do that, so I just chose Edward Scissorhands (who is not easy to draw)
And yes, her leg may look a little odd, but believe it or not, legs do that.
So! I'm excited to see the results (probably won't win, sloppy background bleh) But I'm proud to actually be participating in this! (Fingers crossed for top three XD)
This is drawn with Prismacolor and Copics markers, and Prismacolor pencils, on regular sketchbook paper.

You should not feel bad. have you seen what you draw(well obviously you have... you drew it... but that's not the point)? so much better than what I even dream of.
I could name at least 50 other artists that do the same to me. 8I
I'm hard on myself because I know I could do better if I just had the patience to try. >: P but I don't. so it never turns out how I plan.

I've pushed my patience a lot this year. But when I work on a project for more than a couple of days, I just lose interest or half-ass the rest of the project.
