I always had it in the back of my mind to revisit this image [link] and rework it somehow. So inbetween work and nappy changes I managed to squeeze a bit of time in and produced this.Would be nice to hear what you think!

really beautiful, the texture makes you want to touch it to see if it really feels like worn rock. I find the diagonal composition extremely appealing

It was actually very sharp towards the end, but I ran it through a bit of chromatic abberation filter, which softened it back down again, and split some of the colours very slightly!

nicely done.....i almost think it might look better if you worked with more horizontal space than vertical. just a thought ^_^
Having more space to work with going "side to side" might be cool too....and it would also get rid of some of the "empty"space at the bottom under the red line.
But i really like your piece though

I know what you mean about the horizontal approach. This was made intentionally vertical, and the empty space is deliberate, as it gives a resting point for the eyes. Maybe could have worked better as a wallpaper?

I like it, I just think there maybe a little too much going on, on the right side of your focal. It may just be the dot pattern getting in the way. I just think that broken explosive part needs more room to breathe and get more of the spotlight. Other than that, I think it's pretty bad-ass!
