I used characters from the "Blade of the Immortal" manga as templates for these ninja versions of my classmates.

This is my classmate Jennie *shideh as a ninja.

Its just a fun project of mine and i take no credit for the design, all praise should go to Hiroaki Samura, the writer/illustrator of "Blade of the Immortal"
